About Brightcoat Exterior Cleaning

Brightcoat Exterior Cleaning is a locally owned residential exterior cleaning company based in Middleburg, Florida, serving the Jacksonville metro from Amelia Island to St. Augustine and from Middleburg to Jacksonville Beach. The company trades as Brightcoat Exterior Cleaning.

The work is house soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof soft washing, and paver cleaning, sanding and sealing. Launch routes are concentrated where the work is densest: St. Johns and ZIP 32259, Fruit Cove, Fleming Island and OakLeaf Plantation.

Run by the person who does the work

The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it. Quotes are given per property, in writing, one number for the whole job. There is no call centre, no subcontracted crew you have never met, and no pressure at the door. If we knock and you are not interested, we leave a card and we leave.

How jobs are quoted and scheduled

Small jobs are often quoted from photos and a few questions. Roofs and pavers get a quick visit and a measured quote. Every door sale agreement is put in writing with your right to cancel stated on it, in the wording Florida law requires, and you walk the finished job with us before you pay the balance. Working one area at a time keeps drive time down, keeps prices fair, and means neighbours can usually book the same week.

What we stand behind

If a spot needs a second pass, we do it there and then, on the final walk around, before payment. Plants are protected before we start and rinsed when we finish, on every job. Prices published on this site are the real ranges we quote from, and no page here will show a price we would not honour as a starting quote for a home that matches it.
